Just discovered your blog... this is a great post. I don't think age squashes that spirit of adventure, per se, but "experience" certainly discourages it. I teach an MBA class on Creativity, and my class had a great discussion about age and creativity early in the semester. The older we get, we can go in two directions. We either think we know more of the answers, or we realize how much there is out there that we don't know. Thanks for sharing this, and I look forward to reading more.
