It's the IIIP Innovation Confidence Index just announced last month by the <A HREF="http://www.iii-p.org" REL="nofollow">Institute for Innovation & Information Productivity</A>.<BR/><BR/>It's at the macro level, but it's an example of how to take stock of a market's willingness to try new products and services and whether or not they see such innovations as ways to improve their lives.
